Privacy policy.

This policy explains what happens to your information when you visit vibescapemedia.com or get in touch with Vibescape Media, a creative company in Lahore and Dubai. Short version: we collect very little, and we only use it to reply to you.

What we collect

When you contact us. The contact form does not send anything by itself. It opens your own email app with your answers filled in. We only receive what you choose to send, the same as any email. The same goes for WhatsApp messages.

When you browse. We do not use analytics, advertising trackers or cookies on this site. Our host keeps standard server logs, which include your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and to keep the site running.

Third parties

Hosting. The site is hosted on Netlify, which processes server logs on our behalf.

Fonts. Typefaces load from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when the page loads.

Email and WhatsApp. Messages you send us are handled under Google and WhatsApp's own privacy policies.

Client portal

Clients who use our portal, the Desk, sign in with their email. We keep project data such as briefs, files, messages and reports for as long as we work together, then delete it on request. Each client sees only their own brand.

How we use it

To reply to you, to deliver work you hired us for, and to keep the site secure. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not send marketing email unless you ask for it.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email mediavibescape@gmail.com and we will reply within 30 days.

If this policy changes, the date below changes with it. Last updated September 2026.
